Many women choose boudoir-style photography, exploring expressions in lingerie, nude, or other creative forms of self-expression. “At Unleashed retreat I was fully cracked open. I did not except it AT ALL. I found out so much about my childhood and what lead me to hold such pain and discomfort in my hear when it came to loving myself. I was keeping all my dark secrets (traumas) hidden away from myself and those in my life. The workshop and classes we did at the retreat helped me to see that and then dig them out… It was truly hard but I felt so supported by the other women there and the teachers, that I knew I was safe to go there. I truly feel like I woke up to my true potential because I was finally able to understand myself and forgive myself. I felt very healed leaving the retreat and I’m so excited to go back next time!”
